Words from the front…

  I’m at my wits end. So had enough of this buying a flat for mum. My hands are shaking, I can’t sleep with worry!  It’s been absolute hell! Now, the seller, who a total arrogant ass hole, trying to ‘bully’ me into giving the exchange and completion by this Friday. He has this ‘idea’ that it’s everyone else’s fault but his that it has taken soooo long!  He is the ignorant moron that used shitty purple bricks, instead of a proper estate agent. It’s his useless solicitor that sent an out of date management pack to my solicitor!  But no, ass hole is insisting!  I will attempt to get a date this week, but if not, he can fuck right off. I will find another property for mum. No wonder his fucking wife left him! Retard!

  I went to get my flu vaccine today, just made it as the Dorset solicitor called me not long before I was due to leave. Came back to Colwyn bay shopping centre after, as I wanted some cleaning products from there. I really dislike going here though, it’s unpleasant, and the people are gross, uneducated, and take any opportunity to be vile and rude for no reason. It’s a “pregnant at 15” kind of place, where you don’t care about being vaccinated or mask wearing. Just having more children for child benefit, to buy cigarettes and weed.  They just keep perpetuating their kind, a vile circle of hopeless uncaring unaware dross. The white underclasses.  Oh, they could better themselves, but can’t be bothered. No,I don’t have any sympathy, why should I, I work for my living, I want a better life for my son.  We have a lot to learn from other countries regarding these people.   So I follow DX euromax on Facebook, that’s a sort of nice channel with stories from Germany and Europe. It’s good and informative.  They had an article about Prince William on about criticising Elon and Bezos for their space effort. He said just concentrate on cleaning up earth. I’m not saying he’s wrong but he ain’t right either!  I said we should forge forward with space science: there’s too many people on earth and we need to get off planet or face extinction! Oh god, the crazies started in on me, Americans of course, ranting on about ruining other planets and there fucking crazy religious bullshit. They just want us all to be anti vaxxers and die because that’s the right wing religious way .. Facebook is terrible because it lets these fucking mental cases a platform to blather their poison to the world and make everyone as miserable as they are! Spoiling the world and cancelling any chance of  decent discussion.

  I can’t describe how I feel about the shit poor fly by night online estate agents called “Purple Bricks” . More like ‘PurpleDicks’ ! They send you copious  emails and phone messages and texts, each from a different person, none of who, have read the previous ones notes, with contradictory garbage. None of them know what they are doing! And they use this ridiculous outsourced cowboy operation called ‘credas’: another bunch of utter retarded cretins, in the same genre as PB. They have made our life and utter misery. Mum is 90, and doesn’t have a driving licence or passport or current photo ID. So, they make it as difficult as humanly possible to obstruct and annoy.  Even when you HAVE sent everything they ask for, and approve it, they then contradict themselves and fuck it up!  The estate agent here in Dorset failed to send on the memorandum of sale to me: the solicitor messed us about dithering whether he could or couldn’t handle the conveyancing inWales.   We are on our way back from town after after a nice coffee and cakes today. Town was busy and it’s a showery. Along Marine drive, the road back into Rhos, there’s something going on, traffic stopped on either side, which is unusual. We see a few folk gathered round an elderly lady on the pavement. I stop to see if I can help, and she flat on her back, blood all over head and face. She tells me her name is Pat, and she’s down from Preston with friends for the weekend. “Pat” has a good collection of skull lacerations, and is bleeding freely, but doesn’t seem to have any breaks or concussion. The house owner brings me some towels and we get her on a chair and apply pressure to the wounds. A passer by is calling the ambulance, he says they want to speak to me. I give them a situation report, and I ask how long they will be. “We can’t say”…. No, seriously!  This is a joke, I’m supposed to sit here with this elderly lady and her 3 friends and wait on the pavement for hours? I have...

  So far, we still wait: mum was supposed to have arrived in her new flat now. But no, the conveyancing solicitor says yet another 6-12 weeks! The buyers are naturally disappointed, but up to now, the estate agent was planning for 3 months for the searches from West Dorset Council anyway.  But the estate agent then tells me the buyers mortgage company have accepted the search liability insurance, and can they move next week!  Well no, not now…
