I can’t describe how I feel about the shit poor fly by night online estate agents called “Purple Bricks” . More like ‘PurpleDicks’ ! They send you copious

 emails and phone messages and texts, each from a different person, none of who, have read the previous ones notes, with contradictory garbage. None of them know what they are doing!

And they use this ridiculous outsourced cowboy operation called ‘credas’: another bunch of utter retarded cretins, in the same genre as PB. They have made our life and utter misery. Mum is 90, and doesn’t have a driving licence or passport or current photo ID. So, they make it as difficult as humanly possible to obstruct and annoy. 

Even when you HAVE sent everything they ask for, and approve it, they then contradict themselves and fuck it up! 

The estate agent here in Dorset failed to send on the memorandum of sale to me: the solicitor messed us about dithering whether he could or couldn’t handle the conveyancing inWales. So I get yet another solicitor in Colwyn bay, who wants to start the whole fucking process yet again, and take 3 months to do the searches! 

Naturally the seller of the flat we are buying in North Wales is equally pissed off! 

He says his solicitor will send on the searches she did 5 months ago to my solicitor. So hopefully we will get progress soon. The seller says his date for moving is end of October, but that doesn’t necessarily fit in with my work or the availability of the moving company timetable…

All this chaos has seriously damaged my mental health: I can’t even tell mum half of it, she doesn’t understand and when I try she says “put me in a home” bloody great: like that would resolve this process of chaos and all the investment in energy and time…

I now have another new email! They don’t like her pension certificate! They think it should be “retained by the employer”

This is because they haven’t even bothered to read it properly! 

It does say this, then goes on to say, “to be retained on retirement by the employee”

It’s like they actually want to stop us proceeding with the purchase, and will do anything, absolutely anything, to stop us! 

Pathetic ass holes sat at home, on their laptops, pretending to work, but who don’t give a shit about anyone.

I wish them a short and unhappy life. And that they get to experience the misery and suffering they have inflicted on us…
